Rice and lentil soup

Bring 4 cups water to a boil.
Add one yellow onion and one clove garlic chopped.
Add 1 heaping Tbs. dried stinging nettle leaf.
Add 1/2c brown rice
Add 1/4c split peas
Add 1/4c lentils

Simmer at least 30min
When beans and rice are soft, add 1-2 roma tomatoes chopped
Add 2ounces lemon juice

Simmer until dinner time

Serves 3-4; doubling is recommended.
